English Journal  - The English Journal is a publication put together by teachers for teachers. It's been around for nearly 100 years and has great advice for almost any subject area you can teach. New York Times Lesson Plan Archive - this is my favorite source for lesson plans so far. A whole lot of great material can be found inside and it's only getting better.

Web English Teacher - resource for teaching grammar, after-reading ideas, critical thinking ideas and more.

SCoPe - this is an extension of the Michigan government site. Includes lesson plans that meet all State standards.

NCTE - National Council of Teachers of English website. Offers resources for professional development and lots of support.

MCTE - Michigan Council of Teachers of English website. Similar resources as above except more State specific. 

A Few Lesson Plans I liked - These are a few lesson plans I have reviewed and enjoyed. I hope to employ similar lessons when I begin my professional career.
