It's that time of the year again for the Khmer Unity Games. A chance for young Cambodians to enjoy a day in the Summer through various activities. Students from college campuses coming from Norcal stretching down to Socal and touching down in the No-Town. This is an opportunity to promote unity amongst our own and as well as other races.
The Khmer Unity Games will be hosted in Fresno, California by Fresno State's Cambodian Collegiate Association ( CCA ) on June 26th, 2010. Please be at Game Grounds by 8'30am to sign in.
-Registration will be open till Midnight of June 12th. If you miss the registration deadline there will be a $5.00 fee to register.
**Any Non-KSC member will be charged a $3.00 fee to participate in the games.
K.U.G. T-Shirts will be for sale thru the registration process, just be sure to bring your money ( $15 ) to pick up the shirt when you sign in on Game Day. K.U.G. DVDs are also for sale. This DVD will consist of interviews of students from different schools about what they think of the Games and also videos of you student's playing the games.
To members that require housing : -Please bring your own soap, toothpaste, towel, blanket, pillow, etc.
-Also cash for breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be provided on June 26th thru K.U.G.
Some Information About Game Day :
-It will be hot. Bring a canteen for water if you have one. It can come in handy. CCA IS GOING GREEN!
-Bring some clothes to change because there's a possibility that you will get wet.
-Bring your own asian mats (Ka-thail) if you would like
-Dress comfortably. Wear clothing that you can easily move in.
-Tennis shoes ARE Required. Sandals can be brought but some games will require tennis shoes to be worn.
-Use electronic devices to your own discretion. Losses/damages will be your responsibility and will not be covered by CCA.
