This is a skirt that I made from a sundress. The top of the sundress was too tight, so I cut it off and hemmed the raw edge. It was already made to stretch around the waist, so I didn't have to fool with that. One of my favorite elements of this is the blanket stitch around the hem, which I must admit was already there.
