I love learning and assisting others in their learning. I take a Facilitative Leadership approach, whereby I work to create an environment where teachers and students can succeed. As a facilitative leader, I seek to eliminate the obstacles that interfere with the learning environment of teachers and students. Facilitative leadership is interactive, collaborative, and connected. Facilitative leadership is focused on creating the best educational experiences for students to achieve greatness.
