As part of the energy unit, you will be documenting and assessing your energy intake and expenditure.

For one week, you will be recording the foods you eat and how many Calories are in each food. You will also be recording the activities you do and how many Calories you expend performing these activities.

You will analyze and make comparisons between your calorie needs and your calorie intake, among other assessements.

These links are to help you find the information you need to complete this project. I would strongly recommend using the BMR and Calories Burned calculators provided, but for the calories in foods links you may use these or others that you find on your own. The most reliable source (after the nutrition label) is the food establishment themselves (for example, all Dunkin Donuts nutritional information is online).
