KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SCHOLARSHIP Letters of recommendation from the faculty of St. Catharine will be delivered to the Knights directly. Students are responslble for complying the rest of the application packet and mailing it directly to the Knights of Columbus. Grades will be given to each student applying by Sr. Margo. These will be brought home and included in your packet that you will be mailing to the Knights. Please make sure you adhere to all due dates; applications will not be accepted after the due dates. ANYONE APPLYING FOR THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SCHOLARSHIP MUST HAVE THE FORMAL NOTE REQUESTING A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION BY MONDAY, APRIL 30TH. THE LETTER MUST INCLUDE A LIST OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN WHICH YOU PARTICIPATE. CLASS TRIP - information was sent home on 2/22. All forms and payment must be returned by 2/29. INDEPENDENT READING ASSIGNMENT 1. Must read two books from the list 2. Assessment will be in the form of a character journal 3. Assessment will be graded by the homeroom teacher 4.
