Depot with Courtney (can we go Monday? Or Tuesday? - I’m off work) Oysters – Beer Truck – delivered by Mid City Yacht Club Da Pig – Robbie and Tim Tamm Port o Lets – Cathy Hirsh Friday – Lovers can come to Seans between 6-8 to pick up aluminum pans and bring by party items like tables, chairs, candles, help Sean with lights, bring extra mardi gras cups PARTY PLANNING Food Please bring dishes in aluminum or disposable containers. If you are bringing a salad or dish that is suitable for zip locks, do that. We will put it out and make it lovely. If you bring something in something that needs to be washed/returned, we will put the food in an aluminum pan and give you back the pot/dish to return to your car. If you want to bring something in a dollar store plate and donate the plate to the krewe, that’s ok too. We will have serving utensils. We are hoping this will make clean up so much easier. STUFF Please bring festival chairs and small tables for seating area, bring extra mardi gras cups (people hold on to these more – less wasteful). GETTING IN TO THE PARTY No names can be left at the door. People, lovers and guests, must bring their tickets. If someone has a door issue, they will need to leave their guests at the door and find Robbie or Tim to deal with whatever KREWE MEMBERS If you haven’t gotten your button yet, they will be at the raffle table. Check in and be sure to check with Courtney to see how and who you can help. You can also ask any of the awesome lovers listed above if they can use some help.
