Every business, doctor, lawyer, insurance company, school, college, and government utilizes a "systems" to exchange a product or service for money.

Being successful is another thing. However, if success is the realization of a worthwhile goal, then it is within all of us to be successful.  What separates the successful from the rest, and by what benchmark do we know?

To be successful you first have to have a dream, then believe in yourself and be consistent. You have to know and feel what you want with passion.  You have to believe that you can achieve it. Even more, you have to know that it is yours to have.  More importantly, you have to take action.

And that comes down to Choices!  

So then, your success is totally dependant on YOU! You make choices every day. Someone once said that the only two things in life you can count on are "taxes" and "death".  I say, not everyone pays taxes but everyone does make choices. Every day in everything we do, we make choices.  We chose to get up in the morning, eat breakfast, go to work, even our attitude is a choice. Perhaps the most important choice of each day.

What keeps most people from achieving greater success and spending more time doing what they would really enjoy?  It’s lack of confidence?  You may say, "not me", but I'm hear to tell you that it's a fact.  We fear rejection and we fear failure, so we avoid circumstances that we perceive might create those feelings in us.

Remember how as youngsters we use to always try and get someone else to go with us to do those things that involved some risk (here I am using the word risk but I can explain later how it is interchangeable with fear of rejection or failure)?

We bolster our "confidence" when we do things with others. Teams are much stronger than individuals - or "misery enjoys company" in some cases.  Failure is only an opportunity to learn and in learning, progress. Thomas Edison failed 10,000 times before he invented the light bulb.

Are you going to wish it or bet the lotto (same thing)?  Or make a choice to work with a team that already knows that YOU (in fact everybody) can live their dreams? I'm not talking pie-in-the-sky or get-rich-quick.  I'm talking about businesses that are legal, moral and ethical - Businesses with high demand in leading industries.

Where do you want to be in five years?  It's your choice. Tell me which is riskier - working with a team of professionals that have all started out with nothing more than ambition, looking for something better, a willingness to learn, and honesty; or waking up five years later to find yourself where you were?  Even worse, will you be still betting on the lotto and social security?  Look at the person doing what you are doing that has been doing it for 10 or 20 years longer. Do they have the lifestyle you have always dreamed of having?  Probably not!
