The first game will start at 1:00 P.M. and the second game will end about 4:30 P.M.  At the end of the second game we will hold a picnic/BBQ on the grass field just south of the men’s varsity baseball field.

CUA will be holding 7 team competitions on April 18^th so the campus will be a very busy and confusing place.  Each CUA team is having a team picnic which is why we had such a difficult time finding a location to hold our event.  More details in the attachments below.

 

The softball and baseball fields are not illustrated on the CUA campus map.  The softball field is located 150 yards northwest of the football field or just above the letter B.  The road which runs parallel to the football field (to the left/west) is Hawaii Avenue. Gate 2 is accessible from Hawaii Avenue and is located just beyond the football field.  Gate 2 may provide access to the field with a vehicle for delivery of the picnic goods.

The Library is a very Catholic Student Bar, while Colonel Brooks is more of a neighborhood place.  Colonel Brooks is on Monroe St. right across the street from the CUA/Brookland Metro station.  The Library is on 12th Street just north of Monroe.  Colonel Brooks, as it is a little nicer and not a college bar, despite its proximity to Catholic's Campus.
