Hi. My name is Michelle G. Morales and I am K.O.S. Consulting. I provide low-cost, yet high quality program evaluation and strategic planning assistance to nonprofits and grassroots organizations.
K.O.S. stands for Knowledge of Self. I believe that in order for nonprofits to effectively respond to current trends in the external environment, they must achieve an internal shared understanding of who they were in the past, who they are in the present, and who they want to be in the future. Not only this, but they must also understand the reasons behind past shifts in mission, values and the ways in which they do their work.

To help achieve this level of self knowledge, K.O.S Consulting facilitates processes and develops products that allow for this self knowledge to transpire in deliberate yet organic, sustainable yet manageable ways. In other words, by the end of a consulting project, organizations are better equipped to manage their evaluation needs and strategic planning processes on their own in the future.
