The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I added 3 green onions and 10 jujubes in addition to the potato, chestnuts, and carrots. Perhaps my wife and I were starving, but the yield estimate seemed a little on the low side! I would say this recipe makes enough for 3 people. But overall, a fantastic recipe! |
