Simply fill out the form below to register.  To increase your chances of winning you can stop by this month's participating sponsor once a week to sign up in person.  Then listen for your name to be announced on KNZZ.  We call out different names weekdays at 7:05 am. If we call out your name and you call our studio (970-254-2150) within 10 minutes you are qualified.  We will then draw a grand prize winner on the first Monday of the following month.  Rules and a registration form are below.
