KnW Carpet Care requests at least a 24-hour advance notice by calling (650-834-4352) or emailing (knw.carpetcare@gmail.com). It is the customer's responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. KnW Carpet Care requires notification of cancellation one (1) day in advance or earlier if possible if a customer cannot keep their appointment. We sincerely appreciate your help in keeping our schedule running efficiently. KnW Carpet Care will consider an appointment "failed" any time a customer has not provided 24-hour advance notice. "Failed" appointments who do not reschedule will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments with KnW Carpet Care.
Failure to cancel an appointment prior to the appointment time will result in being assessed a failed appointment fee. This fee is due upon completion of the carpet cleaning appointment at the time of the rescheduled appointment.
The failed appointment fee schedule is as follows:
$25 for each failed appointment (for appointments not canceled with a 24-hour advance notice)
Any further failed appointments will result in termination of services. Termination of services will end KnW Carpet Care's responsibility to provide services to any customer who has failed to follow the cancellation policy.
