We are planning a day of fun, learning, good food and good company! Reconnect with old friends and make new. All WMKG members are invited to attend and bring a friend or two if you like. If you will be attending, please RSVP to Maryknits@aol.com by July 18, 2009.
When and Where
When: August 1, 2009, 9:30am - 4:00 pm.
Where: Burr Ridge Community Center - See Location page for Map, Driving Directions, and Local Area Hotels.
Potluck Lunch
Please bring a dish. If your last name begins with:
A-F Main dish
G-L Salad
M-Q Hors D'oeuvres (relish tray, veggies, pickles, chips, etc.)
R-Z Desert
Knittin' To It will provide place settings and beverages.
Note: There is a full kitchen at the community center including a refrigerator and freezer.

Show and Tell: Cardigans or socks - your choice.
Donations: We are asking for donations to charity: Caps, mittens, and scarves. If you knit the item from your own pattern, or a free pattern, please bring it to share with other knitters.
Ugly Yarn Exchange: Please bring a cone or two to swap. |
