To download the forms:
- Click on the name of the form you want.
- If your using Firefox
- A window will pop-up with several options, select "Save to disk" then
click "OK". Depending on your internet connection it might take a
couple of minutes before the "OK" button is selectable.
- If your using Internet Explorer
- A window will pop-up, select "save".
- A second window will pop-up showing the name of the file, select "save".
- Once the download is complete click "close".
