This year in the Knight Battalion we have implemented a new Promotion System.  First you may now go before the board every month.  Secondly, this year we have started a Merit/Demerit System. With this system, you can earn promotions:

1)      A total of 50 Merits can be used to be promoted through the ranks of Private First Class, Corporal, Sergeant, and Staff Sergeant

2)      A total of 75 Merits can be used to be promoted through the ranks of Sergeant First Class, Master Sergeant, and 1^st Sergeant.

3)      A total of 100 Merits can be used to be promoted through the ranks of 2^nd Lieutenant, 1^st Lieutenant, and Captain with attendance to training classes.
