Who am I?

I am a research scientist in climatology. My recent focus has been surface humidity and recent climate change, specifically the creation of a new global surface humidity dataset HadCRUH. I have just completed my PhD (Creation and analysis of HadCRUH: a new global surface humidity dataset) as of March 2007 at the Climatic Research Unit. This was also in collaboration with the Hadley Centre at the Met Office, UK. I am currently working at Yale University in the Department of Geology and Geophysics researching atmospheric water vapour, moist entropy and heat waves.
