SIGN & SING with Earth BabySong
New! Earth BabySong adds music and songs to honor the earth to our Sign and Sing curriculum. For babies and toddlers ages 6 months to 3 years of age with their grownups.
  Learn special songs this summer to honor the earth and all its living, growing creatures! Through songs, toys, and loving playtime between you and your child, Kindermusik Sign & Sing helps you and your child learn more than 50 ASL signs. Music, movement and play are used to introduce American Sign Language with strategies shown to speed language development in hearing children. Babies and grown ups will dance, listen to music, explore with age- appropriate instruments, and sing along with Joanne while she plays guitar. Children with special needs welcome!
At-home materials fee includes: Family Activity Guides, clip-on flashcards of 90 signs, a DVD glossary of signs and a children’s DVD Treasure Chest: Signs, Songs, and Rhymes.

VILLAGE Busy Days with Sign
Join the Kindermusik village for 6 mos to 2 1/2 years and their grown-ups. Sing, dance, move in creative ways, do vocal play and instrument exploration with Kindermusik-brand instruments. This class has been revised to include Sign language learning experiences!
DAY/TIME: Mondays 10:45- 11:30 am
DATES: August 1 to August 31, 2009 (5 classes)
 Come join the Kindermusik Village class designed to provide a special place for learning and fun! Babies and grown ups will dance, listen to music, sing along with Joanne while she plays guitar, and explore with age-appropriate instruments. Infant massage, lap bounces, exercise, and quiet time, too. Each family receives a set of materials to keep the music going at home. They include: baby's literature book, a CD of the songs from class, and a developmentally appropriate muscial instrument for baby. Children with special needs welcome!
Class cost: $76/ district resident $61 At-home materials: $25
