Welcome to the KMSL referee website.  This site is in development and will contain information on KMSL rules and regulations.  The goal is to provide a resource for referees, coaches, players and parents to improve their knowledge of the game.  Keep checking for new items to be added.
The final clinic for the spring season has been held.  The next clinic for new referees will be held in August.
The KSML rules are based on the FIFA / USSF Laws of the Game.  The Laws, advice on the law, and other training aids can be found at http://www.ussoccer.com/Referees/Resource-Center.aspx
 
The KMSL Parent Handbook contains the KMSL rules summary along with other KMSL guidance and policy.  A complete copy of the handbook and a booklet of just the rules can be found in the documents section.
