I am presently working at the consulting firm Federal Management Partners, Inc. (FMP). At FMP we consult for the federal government on a range of projects such as organizational assessments, employee coaching, and implementing results-oriented performance cultures with relevant metrics. I have also recently completed a fellowship with the Consortium Research Fellows Program (CRFP) at Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). At DMDC I was involved in the Human Resources based surveys on spousal and family satisfaction in the military, as well as equal opportunities, gender relations, and focus groups exploring issues of sexual harassment and assault in the military academies. Additionally, in the spring of 2007 I was a Teaching Assistant with Dr. Jose Cortina for undergraduate statistics. My own research interests include leadership, work/family balance (and gender relations more generally), and organizational change. Additionally, I am one of two Master's Liaisons for the George Mason's Industrial Organizational Psychology Student Association (IOPSA), and am happy to provide any information about the program. Feel free to contact me with any questions about my research or the program! Ars longa, vita brevis |
