equipments (audio/visual) to the lower class (貧困層). In the US, is there any issues regarding this kind of measure in education?The Japanese government simply decided then to prohibit minors than 18yo for having blogs. In the other side (also of the world), Brazil's Minister of Culture has said that "it's a worldwide problem and it has to be discussed with the population and then take actions".
