I am a chemist interested in life from the molecular perspective.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the
University
of
Pennsylvania
where I am currently a post doctoral fellow in the Department of
Biostatistics and Epidemiology, focusing on substantially larger
molecules than short peptides and porphyrins – the human genome (including Y-chromosome and
mtDNA) – elucidating admixture and cancer-relevant markers in
African Americans. Find out more about my previous and current research or download my CV.
