As a Licensed Applied Psychologist, my work is at the intersection of psychology and the workplace. I am an independent consultant -- providing training, teambuilding, facilitation, and other services -- to help people enhance their enjoyment and effectiveness at work.

I earned my doctorate in counseling psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University, with a concentration in adult development and the work role. I also completed post-baccalaureate studies and research in social psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.

My professional experience spans roles in organizational and leadership development, teaching and training, coaching, career counseling, psychotherapy, and research, as well as a previous career in corporate communications.
