Welcome to
The Kitchen History

What is The Kitchen History?

The Kitchen History is a project all about food. Through the project I hope to find out what people enjoy cooking in Britain today and to find out how what we eat has changed since our parents' and grandparents' generations. The project also provides a way of sharing and preserving favourite recipes from the past.

The Kitchen History is a collaborative project: as more and more people take part we will learn more recipes and each recipe will become more interesting in relation to all the others.
Whatever your family food stories are, the Kitchen History would love to read them!
