Open up a frame and 2 flowers of your choice, I used frame2, flower and flower2
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer and resize it by 80%, I gave mine a slight dropshadow this is entirely up to you as the frame already has one
Now copy and paste both flowers, I didnt resize mine at all
Then place them on top of the frame where you think they look good
Once your happy cross out the frame and mask layers in your layer pallet
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross the two others layer
Now using your lasso tool cut away the stalks of the flowers up to the frame
Duplicate your flower layer and drag this underneath your frame layer and give it a dropshadow
Then highlight your top flower layer and again using your lasso tool cut away the stalks to just above the frame, this will give the impression that the flowers are popping out of the frame
Open up a ribbon and bow of your choice, I used ribbon and bow4
Copy and paste the ribbon as a new layer and resize by 80% and place this going across the frame at the bottom, then give it a dropshadow
Repeat this with the bow, resizing until your happy and place this over the bow part of the ribbon and again give it a dropshadow
Open up the hearts and trail2, copy and paste the hearts as a new layer, no need to resize these just give them a dropshadow
Drag these underneath your bottom flower layer and place them to the left hand side of them
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Copy and paste the trail as a new layer then resize these by 80%, place this around the top right hand corner of the frame, once your happy give it a dropshadow
Now open another flower of your choice, your tube and the bumble bee, I used flower3
Copy and paste the flower as a new layer resize until its quite small, I resized it by 25% then place this over the knot of the bows and give it a dropshadow
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize if needed and place this along the left hand side of your image, again give this a dropshadow once your happy
