For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Keith Garvey which you must have a license to use you can get one at PTE
*please note that I purchased my tube from MPT*
Papers, Ribbon, Flowers and sequins are from a scrapkit by Ivory called Tarts Boudoir *No longer Available*
Mask and Frame are by Sunf, The mask is #25, The frame is black and white, you can download these from her BLOG
Open up 1 paper of your choice and the mask
Duplicate the mask and leave the original to one side
Copy and paste the paper as a new layer onto the duplicated mask image, resize if desired
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Masks / New / From image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Invert
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window
Now you can close the mask and paper down
Image / Canvas Size / 600 x 580 dont worry we will crop later
Open up the frame and your tube
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, place it in the middle of the mask and then give it a dropshadow
Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer and place over the frame, where you would like it, duplicate this layer and in your layer pallet drag this underneath your frame layer
In your layer pallet highlight your top tube layer, and now using your lasso tool cut away part of the tube that is overlapping the frame, this will give it the impression that shes coming out, or going into the frame, depending on what part you cut away, the best thing is to play around to see which you like better
Once your happy, highlight your bottom tube layer and then give this a nice healthy dropshadow
Now open up your 2nd paper and resize to 500 x 500
On your image, and using your selections tool, set at rectangle and feather 0, draw a rectangle over the top of the frame, once your ants are floating, copy and paste the paper as a new layer
Selections / Select None and then drag this underneath your bottom tube layer
Open up one of the sequins, I recoloured mine this is entirely up to you, once your happy resize so that is small, I resized mine by 40% then copy and paste as a new layer, now this should already be ontop of your 2nd paper layer, if not drag it on top of it in your layer
pallet, now just paste the sequin as new selection, and just place them all around, see my tag for reference if needed
Again once your happy, give the sequin layer a dropshadow of your liking
Open up one of the ribbons, copy and paste as a new layer and resize to your liking, I resized mine by 60%, and place at the bottom of the frame, if there is any of the ribbon overlapping the sides, just cut it away using your lasso tool, you dont need to be neat about this
Now open up a flower of your liking and resize until its small, I resized mine by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer and place over the end of the ribbon at the corner of the frame, give this a nice healthy dropshadow
Duplicate this layer and then mirror, this might need moving slightly
Now add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
Save as either a Jpeg or Png and your done!
