For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Zindy S.D.Nielsen which you must have a license to use you can get one at ZINDY ZONE
Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit called Forbidden by Tamie, which is you can purchase from HERE
Template is by Missy, its #280 which you can download from HERE
*Please Note, all Missys templates are linked on the left hand side of her blog*
Lokas Artistic Effects - Aqua, which is a free plugin, you can download that HERE

Now delete the following 3 layers in your layer template, Top ©missy, Words and the bottom white layers
In your layer pallet close out all the layers except for the bottom Blur layer

Now open up ele10 which is an oval wire frame and resize this by 90%
Copy and paste as a new layer and make sure that this layer is above your smitten wordart layer in your layer pallet
Now using your deformation tool 'squash' this until it lines up with the large oval
Once your happy

Once your happy
Selections / Select None then give this a nice healthy dropshadow and delete the original frame layer
Now open up your tube and the curtain from the kit which is ele27
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize if needed, I resized mine by 90% and also if needed mirror so that your tube is facing towards the left, then give your tube a dropshadow and place it to the right hand side of the oval
In your layer pallet drag this underneath your gold frame layer
Now using your lasso tool cut away any part of your tube that you can see on the outside of the frame
*See my tag for reference*
*Repeat this for the curtain but mirror this and place it to the left hand side of the oval*

Now uncross the frame layer (little circle frame)
