For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Steve Baier which you must have a license to use you can get one at UYA
Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit called White christmas by Coras Creations, which you can purchase HERE
Mask is by Vix. Its #427 which you can download from HERE
Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, put the mask to one side for a moment
Duplicate the paper and resize it to 600 x 600 pixels
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, now you can close down the original mask
Now give your new mask image a very slight dropshadow of your liking, I used opacity 18
Open up the stamp frame, copy and paste this as a new layer, then keep resizing by 80% until it fits nicely around the square part of the paper, once your happy give the frame the same slight dropshadow as before
Now open up the curly ribbon from the kit, copy and paste this as a new layer
Resize until your happy, I resized mine by 70% and then place this along the bottom of the frame, duplicate this layer and drag this underneath the frame layer
In your layer pallet highlight your top tube ribbon, and using your lasso tool cut away parts of the ribbon which overlap the frame
Then once your happy highlight your bottom ribbon layer and give this a dropshadow of your liking
In your layer pallet, cross out the masked layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and keep the mask layer crossed out for now
Open up the christmas tree and resize this by 60%, copy and paste this as a new layer then place this at one end of the frame, give this a dropshadow of your liking
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Now open up the crystal branch, copy and paste this as a new layer and resize it by 75%, then rotate this by 90 degrees left
Place this over the ribbon and then duplicate this
Drag the duplicated layer underneath your merged layer, then give this a dropshadow
In your layer pallet highlight the top crystal layer and using your lasso tool cut away parts of the crystal branch that overlap the ribbon and the frame
Once your happy
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Now open up the lights, copy and paste as a new layer and then resize by 80%
Also mirror these, then place along the bottom of your frame and give them a slight dropshadow
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Open up your tube, copy and paste this as a new layer, and resize until your happy, I resized mine by 50%
Now place this at the end of the frame opposite from the tree, make sure that your tube is overlapping the frame a little
Duplicate your tube layer and drag this to the bottom in your layer pallet and give this a dropshadow
Now highlight your top tube layer in your layer pallet and using your lasso tool cut away the parts of the tube that are overlapping your frame and any parts of the ribbon etc
Uncross your mask layer
Once your happy
