This is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac which you must have a license to use you can get one at AMI
Paper and Elements are from a scrapkit by Cora called Tabitha which you can purchase HERE
Sparkle is by me
Mask if this is yours please let me know so I can give you the appropriate credit
You can get the supplies, which include the Mask and Sparkle HERE

 

 

 

 Open up a paper and the mask, put the mask to one side for a moment
Duplicate the paper and resize to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks/ Delete and click yes to the little popup window, now you can close the original mask

 

Open up the circle frame, copy and paste this as a new layer, then resize by 90%
Give this frame a nice heavy dropshadow

 

Open up the sparkle star (star03) and resize this by 25% and give it a dropshadow of your liking
These are the settings I used
Vertical 6
Horizontal -2
Opacity 24
Blur 6.2

 

Now copy and paste this star as a new layer and place it somewhere around the circle frame, once your happy drag this underneath the frame layer in your layer pallet
Now paste 4 or 5 more of these as new selections and place these all around and inside the circle frame
Selections / Select None

 

In your layer pallet cross out the frame layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross the other layer

 

Open up the star string, copy and paste this as a new layer and place this on top of the frame in the top left hand corner, then resize this by 70%
Duplicate this layer and then drag this underneath the frame layer in your layer pallet

Now highlight the top star string layer and using your lasso tool, cut away a couple of parts of the string that are overlapping the frame
Once your happy in your layer pallet higlight the bottom star string layer and give this the same dropshadow as before

 

Now open up the silver bow (bow05) and resize this by 80%
Copy and paste this as a new layer, make sure that this is at the top in your layer pallet
Place this on top of the star string where it crosses on the left, if needed see my tag for reference

 

Now open up the flower (flower02) and resize this by 30% then copy and paste this as a new layer, then place this on top of the bow knot and give it a dropshadow

 

Open up the butterfly and resize this by 20%, rotate slightly I used the deformation tool for this and then give this a heavy dropshadow
Copy and paste this as a new layer and place it on one end of the silver bow, duplicate this, mirror and flip then place this one at the other end of the silver bow

 

Now in your layer pallet cross out your bottom merged mask and star layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross the other layer again

 

Now open up tube, copy and paste this as a new layer, make sure that this is at the top in your layer pallet
Resize if needed, now duplicate this layer and drag this underneath your merged frame layer in your layer pallet
In your layer pallet highlight your top tube layer and using your lasso tool cut away the bottom part of your tube, this will make it look like that she coming out of the frame

 

In your layer pallet again highlight your bottom tube layer and give this a dropshadow with the settings I told you about earlier
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

 

Now open up the sparkle light and resize this by 40%, then apply the same dropshadow as before, twice
Copy and paste this as a new layer and hang this off of the large star to the left, move this up so that its near the frame, you will need to cut the part of the sparkle light string that you can see on top of the star

 

Now duplicate this and resize again by 70%, then place this hanging from one of the butterflies, duplicate this again and place this on the other butterfly

 

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

 

Open up the sparkle, copy and paste it as a new layer 3 times, and place these all on the seperate sparkle lights

Crop your image

 

Now cross out the 3 sparkle light layers
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste as a new animation

 

Back in psp uncross 1 of the sparkle light layers
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste after current frame

 

Back in psp uncross another one of the sparkle light layers
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste after current frame

 

Back in psp uncross another the last sparkle light layer
Edit / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste after current frame

 

Still in AS click on the first frame
Edit / Select All
Animation / Frame Properties and set to 8

 

Play your animation and save as a Gif and your done
