This is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
Under no uncertain terms are you allowed to make money from anything produced from this tut, this is against my TOU

For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac which you must have a license to use, you can get one at RAC

*Please note that I purchased my tube from MPT*
Paper, ribbon etc are from a scrapkit called Rockstar Dreamz by Kimmies Kreations, which you can purchase HERE
Mask #400 by Vix, which you can download from HERE

Open up the mask
Colours / Increase Colour Depth / 16 Million
Now duplicate this and leave the original open to one side

Open up a paper of your choice from the kit, resize it by 90%
Then copy and paste as a new layer onto the duplicated mask image
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and now you can close down the mask and the paper

Now move your masked image in to the middle of the canvas and give this a gentle dropshadowy
Image / Canvas Size / 600 x 580

Open up one of the dottie frames, I used number2 and resize by 70% then rotate, right and 45 degrees
Copy and paste as a new layer
Duplicate this frame layer and resize again by 70%

In your layer pallet cross out the bottom mask layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and leave this uncrossed for a minute

Open up another paper of your choice, I used one with the same pattern just in a different colour

Using your magic wand click inside the inner part of the frame
Selections / Modify / Expand by 8

While your ants are floating, copy and paste the paper as a new layer, resize by 80%
Selections / Invert and hit the delete key
Selections / Select None

Now highlight the frame layer in your layer pallet and give this a nice healthy dropshadow
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and now uncross your mask layer

Open up your tube, I used one that came with a close up image

Using your lasso tool click inside the middle of your frame
Selections / Modify / Expand by 12

Copy and paste your close up tube as a new layer and place it inside the frame where you would like it to go
Then once your happy give this a gentle dropshadow

Now change the opacity of this layer to Overlay
Duplicate this layer and change the opacity of this one to screen, then lower the opacity to about 80

Open up one of the glitter stars, theres no need to resize this
Copy and paste it as a new layer and then give it the following dropshadow
Vertical 15
Horizontal -2
Opacity 25
Blur 6.2

Open up the rockstar wordart, copy and paste as a new layer and resize to your liking
Change the colour of this if desired, I left mine black (black goes with everything lol)
Once your happy give this a slight dropshadow and place this at the bottom of the frame and drag this underneath the glitter star layer in your layer pallet

Open up one of the ribbons and resize to your liking, dependingon which one you use, I resized mine by 60%
Then give it a nice healthy dropshadow and rotate it 90 degrees

Place this over one side of your frame
In your layer pallet highlight the frame layer
Selections / Select All
Then use your lasso tool and click anywhere on your canvas, this will make the frame float without the dropshadow going any darker

Selections / Invert
Now using your lasso tool and holding down the control key, click around the ends of the bow by the knot
Once your happy hit the delete key

Now open up a flower of your choice, resize it so that its quite small and then copy and paste as a new layer and place it over the knot of the bow
Once your happy give this a heavy dropshadow

Open up your normal sized tube, then copy and paste as a new layer
Mirror this and place it on the other side of the frame opposite the bow

Once your happy give this a nice healthy dropshadow of your liking

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright

Save as either a Png or a Jpeg and your done!
