This is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Ronne Barton which you must have a license to use. The Artist is not currently allowing anymore usage of her art
*Please note that I purchased my tube from MPT*
Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit called Hint Of Purple by Chili Designz, which you can purchase HERE
Mask is by MzKels and shared with permission
You can get the supplies which include the mask HERE
 
 
Open up the mask and a paper of your liking, duplicate the paper and close the original then resize this to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window then you can close the original mask, give your new mask a very slight dropshadow
 
Now open up a frame of your choice, I used frame 1
Copy and paste this as a new layer, no need to resize this but give it a dropshadow
 
Open up your tube, copy and paste this as a new layer and resize if needed then place this to the right hand side of the frame and drag it underneath your frame layer
If you can see any of your tube outside of the frame, use your lasso tool and cut it away, once your happy give this a dropshadow
 
Now open up the glitter and the trail, copy and paste the glitter as a new layer no need to resize but give it a dropshadow
Then drag this underneath your tube layer and move it slightly so that you can see it at both ends of the frame
 
Copy and paste the trail as a new layer again no need to resize, but give it a dropshadow then mirror
Drag this underneath your tube layer in your layer pallet
 
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
 
Now open up the green leaf and ribbon2, copy and paste the leaf as a new layer and resize by 50%, then flip it
Using your deformation tool rotate it to the left slightly so that its inline with the frame, once your happy give this a dropshadow
Copy and paste the ribbon as a new layer and resize this by 60% and then mirror it
Again using your deformation tool rotate to the left and place the knot of the ribbon over the leaf, once your happy give this a dropshadow
 
Now open up the greenery2, copy and paste this as a new layer and then mirror it and give this a dropshadow
Once your happy place this on the right hand side of your frame
 
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Add a new raster layer

Open up a flower of your choice, I used the white one
Resize this by 20% and give it a dropshadow, then copy but when you paste, paste it as a new selection and place it on the greenery to the right on top of the leaves
Repeat pasting the flower as a new selection until you have about 5 or 6
Then once your happy
Selections / Select None
 
Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
 
Crop your image
 
Save as either a transparent Png or a Jpeg and your done
