For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you must have a license to use you can get one at PTE
*Please note that I purchased my tube from MPT*
Paper and Elements are from a scrapkit called One Night in Paris by Soxational Scraps, which you can purchase HERE
Mask and Wordart is by Me
Animation, if this is yours please let me know so I can give you the appropriate credit
You can download the supplies, which include the mask, Wordart and animation HERE
Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, duplicate the paper and close the original
Resize your new paper to 550 x 500
Masks / New / From Image
Masks / Invert
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window and then give this a dropshadow
Image / Canvas Size / 620 x 600
Open up the skyline and the cloud, copy and paste the skyline as a new layer and give this a nice healthy dropshadow, then place this at the bottom of the mask, making sure that it covers the bottom
Now copy and paste the cloud as a new layer and place this at the top of the mask image, lower the opacity of this layer to 94
In your layer pallet highlight your mask layer
Selections / Select All
Selections / Invert
While your ants are floating, higlight the skyline layer and hit your delete key, then highlight the cloud layer and hit the delete key again
Selections / Select None
In your layer pallet make sure that the skyline layer is above the cloud layer
Open up the paris tower and resize this by 50%, then copy and paste this as a new layer and give it a nice healthy dropshadow
Once your happy place this to the right hand side of your tag and drag this underneath your skyline layer in your layer pallet, if you can see any of the tower at the side of the skyline, use your lasso tool and cut it away
Now open up the moon and again resize this by 50%, copy and paste this as a new layer and place this in the middle of your tag, but to the left slightly, then drag this underneath the partis tower in your layer pallet, then give it the same healthy dropshadow as before
Open up the word art layer and colourize to your own liking, then copy and paste this as a new layer and place it so that it lines up with the circle part of your mask image, make sure that this is your top layer in your layer pallet
Once your happy give this the same dropshadow as before
Open up your tube image, copy and paste as a new layer and resize if needed, I resized mine by 80%, then place it to the left hand side of your image
Once your happy give this a dropshadow of your liking
Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
Crop your image
In your layer pallet cross out the mask and moon layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Now Edit / Copy / Copy Merged
Over in AS paste as a new animation
Still in AS, open up the animation and then click on the first frame
Edit / Select All
Now back to your image, click on the first frame and duplicate this frame until you have 16 in total, the same as the animation
Once you have 16 frames, click on the first frame again
Edit / Select All
Now
Edit / Propagate Paste
Now grab the first frame of the animation and drag this over to the first frame of your image, dont let go of the mouse until your happy but remember the undo button is your friend hehe
When you drag the animation over look at the bottom and you will see the white sparks of the beginning of the animation, I released the mouse when I placed this roughly at the bottom of the mask
Once your happy go back to PSP
In PSP uncross your merged layer
Edit / Copy
Over in AS paste as a new animation
Again grab hold of this and drag this over to the first frame of your image and line the wordart up around the circle, remember dont let go until your happy
Once you are happy
Play your animation, save as a GIF and your done
