For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Rachel Anderson which you must have a license to use you can get one at
CDO
*Please note that I purchased my tube from CILM, which has closed*
Mask is by Vix. Its #451 which you can download
HERE
Paper and Elements are from a scrapkit called Hint of Orange by Chili Designz, which you can purchase from
HERE
Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, duplicate the paper and close the original then resize your new one to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window and give this a slight dropshadow, then you can close the original mask
Now open up a frame, I used frame3
Copy and paste this as a new layer and rotate 90 degrees left
Resize this by 80% then place this in the middle of the mask image and give it a dropshadow
Now open both of the orange flowers, copy and paste these both as new layers, resize them slightly by 90%
Place these inside the frame, then drag these underneath the frame layer, then duplicate both of them and keep doing this until you have your whole frame filled with them
Then in your layer pallet, cross out your frame layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross it again
Open up the greenery and greenery4
Copy and paste the greenery as a new layer and resize by 60%, then place this along the right hand side of the frame and give it a dropshadow
Once your happy duplicate this layer, mirror and flip it then move this so that its over the left hand side of the frame
Now copy and paste the greenery4 as a new layer, resize this by 40% and then mirror and flip it
Move this to the top right hand corner and then give it a dropshadow
Open up a ribbon of your choice, I used ribbon3
Copy and paste it as a new layer then mirror it, then resize by 60% and place it over the right hand side of the frame
Duplicate this layer and drag this underneath the frame layer in your layer pallet and then give this a dropshadow
In your layer pallet highlight the top ribbon layer and using your lasso tool cut away apart of the ribbon that is overlapping the frame
Open the bird, copy and paste this as a new lyer and resize to your own liking, and place hi somewhere on your ribbon, once your happy give him a dropshadow
Now open up your tube, copy and paste this as a new layer and also reize if needed, then place this on the left hand side of the frame
Once your happy give it a dropshadow of your liking
Open up the hearts, copy and paste these as a new layer no need to resize these, just place them over the right hand side of your image and give them a dropshadow
Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright
Now in your layer pallet, cross out your bottom merged flower and mask layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross it again
Now open up the hippo and resize him by 20%
Copy and paste him as a new layer, and give him a dropshadow
Now place him at the top right hand corner of your frame, drag him underneath the frame in your layer pallet and move him so that you can just see his head
Now duplicate him and move him down and out to the left slightly
*Repeat this but just keep moving him slightly, I did mine in sort of a zig zag way, and I ended up with 14 hippo layers lol*
I have included a screen shot below to show you

Once your happy, check your first and last hippo layers, if you can see any of the hippo outside of the frame on these layers, then use your lasso tool and cut it away
Now in your layer pallet cross out all your hippo layers
Edit / Copy / Copy Merged
