For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Zindy S.D.Nielsen which you must have a license to use you can get one at ZINDY ZONE
Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit by Kristi Westling called One Fine Day, which you can purchase HERE
Mask, if this is yours please let me know so that I can give you the appropriate credit
You can get the supplies which include the mask HERE
Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, duplicate the paper and resize it to 600 x 600 then close the original
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the drop down menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window and now you can delete the original mask
Now give this a very slight dropshadow
Image / Canvas Size / 630 x 600
Open up the pink sparkles and resize these by 80%, then copy and paste these as a new layer and give them a slightly darker dropshadow than before
Now open up frame3and resize by 80%, copy and paste this as a new layer, now using your deformation tool rotate it, so that its standing upright but leaning to the left, then move this up and to the left towards the top of the mask
Duplicate this layer and again resize by 80%, then using your deformation tool again and rotate this so that its on its side but leaning the right, then move this down and to the right
Once your happy give both of these a dropshaow of your liking
Now open up your tube, copy and paste this as a new layer and place this behind the larger frame at the left, using your deformation tool rotate this to match the frame, if needed give this a dropshadow
Paste your tube again as a new layer and resize this by 80% and then place this behind the smaller frame at the right, again rotate this to match your frame and if needed give this the same dropshadow
Open up the word art
Image / Canvas Size / 630 x 600
Selections / Select All
Selections / Float
Selections / Modify / 4
Add a new raster layer and flood this white
Selections / Select None
Now drag the white layer underneath the text layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then give this a dropshadow
Now copy and paste this as a new layer on to your tag image
In your layer pallet drag this underneath the pink sparkle layer and place this towards the bottom of the frame
Now you can close down your original wordart
Open up the leaves and resize these by 50%, then copy and paste them as a new layer and now mirror them
Place these to the left hand side of your larger frame, once your happy give these a dropshadow of your liking
In your layer pallet drag these down so that they are above your wordart layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Open up the blue epoxydots, copy and paste these as a new layer and place this directly in the middle of the two frames at the bottom of them, then give them a nice healthy dropshadow
Now open up the umbrellas and resize these by 50%, then copy and paste these as a new layer and place them up towards the top right hand side
Once your happy give them a dropshadow of your liking
Now open up the leaves2, resize these by 50% and then mirror them
Copy and paste them as a new layer and give these a nice healthy dropshadow, then using your deformation tool again rotate these to match your larger frame, then place these on the left hand side of that frame
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Open up the flowerbunch and resize these by 35%, then copy and paste these as a new layer and place them over the leaves
Once your happy give these the same dropshadow as before
Now open up the pinwheel and one of the flowers of your choice
Resize the pinwheel by 50% and resize the flower by 80%
Once your happy copy and paste the pinwheel as a new layer and then place this over the right hand side frame at the top, then give it a dropshadow, now copy and paste the flower as a new layer and place this in the middle of the pinwheel and apply the same dropshadow
Now open up a couple of flowers of your choice and resize these until they are tiny and give these both dropshadows
Once your happy copy and paste these both as a new layers and place them up and down the leaves, duplicate each of these a couple of times and place them on the leaves
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Open up a bow of your choice and again resize until its tiny, once your happy copy and paste as a new layer and place this on top of the largest umbrella, this will need rotating slightly I used the deformation tool for this, once your happy give it a dropshadow
Now duplicate this layer and place this on another umbrella
Open up the white butterfly and rotate until its small and give this a nice healthy dropshadow, copy and paste this as a new layer and place 2 or 3 around your tag, I placed one on each frame and then one on the leaves
