For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Katerina Koukiotis which you must have a license to use you can get one at
DSI
Mask is by Rachel of Scraps of Enchantment, its mask #21 which you can download from this link
HERE
Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit by Coras Creations called Epic Love, which you can purchase
HERE
Open up the mask and a paper of your choice
Duplicate the paper, close the original and resize to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, then close the original mask
Image / Canvas Size / 620 x 620
On your new image duplicate this mask layer
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then give this a slight dropshadow I used opacity 21
Now open up a frame of your choice, im using frame2 and also the music notes
Copy and paste the frame as a new layer, no need to resize or give this a dropshadow
Now copy and paste the mucis notes, resize by 80% and give them the same dropshadow as before, then rotate slightly using your deformation tool, then place these at the top of your frame
Once your happy drag these underneath the frame layer in your layer pallet, duplicate this, then mirror and move to where you would like it (in the middle somewhere ish lol) and then duplicate again and move these to the bottom of the frame
Using your lasso tool cut aound on top of your frame
Selections / Invert and hit your delete key, then look in your layer pallet and highlight the other 2 music note layers, one by one hitting the delete key on each layer, this will cut out the music notes in the middle of the frame
Selections / Select None
Now open up your tube, copy and paste as a new layer and resize if needed, also give this a nice healthy dropshadow, once your happy drag this underneath your frame layer in your layer pallet
If you can see any of your tube outside of the frame, use your lasso tol and cut it away
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Open up the bracket and the staple, copy and paste the bracket as a new layer then resize this by 80%
Rotate this slightly, I used the deformation tool for this and place on the left hand side of your frame, give this a dropshadow of your liking
Now duplicate this and then mirror and flip, this might need moving slightly
