For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Suzanne Woolcott which you must have a license to use you can get one at GORJUSS ART
Paper and elements are from a freebie scrap kit by Coras Creations called Alice, which you can download HERE
Mask is by Vix. Its mask #363 which you can download HERE 

 

 

Open up the frame, duplicate and close the original
Image / Canvas Size / 630 x 580 and then give the frame a dropshadow of your liking

 

Open up the mask and a paper of your choice, duplicate the paper and close down the original, then resize it to 600 x 600
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, now you can close down the original mask

 

Now copy and paste your new mask image as a new layer on to your frame image
Rotate it 90 degrees to the left and give it a very slight dropshadow
Duplicate your mask layer and drag this underneath your frame layer
Now in your layer pallet highlight the top mask layer and using your lasso tool cut away the bottom part of your mask

 

Open up the grass and the greens02
Copy and paste the grass as a new layer and resize if needed, then place this at the bottom of the frame and give this the same slight dropshadow as before
Duplicate this layer and drag this underneath the frame and your top mask layer
Highlight your top grass layer in your layer pallet and using your lasso tool again cut away the bottom part of it, try and get as close to the frame as you can

 

Now copy and paste the greens02 (tree) as a new layer and resize until your happy, then give this a dropshadow of your liking and place to the left hand side, inside the frame and then drag this underneath the top frame layer, and move the greens02 until your happy
Now duplicate the greens and mirror, resize by 85% and again move until your happy

 

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

 

Open up your tube, copy and paste as a new layer and resize if needed, then place in the middle of the frame and give it a dropshadow of your choice

 

Now open up the heart balloon, resize until your happy
Copy and paste this as a new layer, then rotate to the right, I rotated mne by using the deformation tool
Once your happy give this a dropshdow of your liking, then zoom into your image a couple of times, using your lasso tool cut away part of the string that is overlapping the hand/thumb of your tube

 

Open up the mushroom, copy and paste as a new layer and then resize until your happy, then mirror
Once your happy give them a nice healthy dropshadow and place these to the left hand side of your image
Now drag these underneath your tube layer

 

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

 

Now open up the hat, a flower and the button with the bow
Copy and paste the hat as a new layer and resize until your happy
Then using your deformation tool rotate this to the left and then place it on the top left hand corner of the frame, once your happy give this a dropshadow

 

Then copy and paste the flower as a new layer resize until its tiny and then place this on top of the hat ribbon, then give it a dropshadow

 

Repeat this for the button with the bow and place this on top of the flower, giving it a nice healthy dropshadow

 

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright

 

Crop your image

 

Save as either a transparent Png or a Jpeg and your done
