For this tutorial you will need:
A Tube of your choice I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you must have a license to use you can get one at PTE

Paper and Elements are from a scrap kit called A Love so Sweet by Kristi W, which you can purchase HERE
Mask is by Vix. Its #363 which you can download from HERE *Note its the 2nd Mask down on this direct post*

Flowers of your choice

 

 

Open up the mask and a paper of your choice
Duplicate the paper and resize it to 600 x 600 and close down the original
On the mask rotate it 90 degrees right

 

On your paper
Masks / New / From Image and select the mask from the dropdown menu
Masks / Delete and click yes to the little popup window, and now you can close down the original mask
Now give this a dropshadow of your liking

 

Image / Canvas Size / 700 x 620

 

Open up the LOVE word and resize it by 40%, then copy and paste this as a new layer and place it in the middle of the mask image and then just lower it slightly towards the bottom
Once your happy give this a slight dropshadow

 

Now open up your tube, copy and paste as a new layer and resize if needed, I have used a tube thats sitting down
So place this on top of the letter E, so that it looks like shes sitting on it
Now duplicate your tube layer and drag this underneath the LOVE layer
Highlight your top tube layer and lower the opacity to around 80ish, so that you can see the letter underneath

 

Now because my tube is sitting on a heart I had to 'tube' the heart out, using my lasso tool set to point to point and feather 0, but if you using just a normal sitting tube, using your laso tool just cut away a little part of your tube that is covering the letter E
Once your happy, bring the opacity back  up to 100 on your top tube layer, then highlight your bottom tube layer in your layer pallet and then give this the same slight dropshadow as before

 

Open up the clouds, cut around one of them using your lasso tool again, then copy and paste as a new layer
Colourize this with hue and saturation set to 0 and then lower the opacity to around 80, then place this over the bottom of the letters LO
Duplicate this cloud layer and mirror so that it covers the VE letters, this might need moving slightly, then once your happy, cross out all your other layers apart from the 2 cloud ones
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible and then uncross them again

 

Duplicate your cloud layer and drag this underneath the LOVE layer, then in your layer pallet highlight your top cloud layer and using your lasso tool cut away part of the clouds that is overlapping the bottom of the letter V

 

Now open up the Ivy and resize it by 60%, then copy and paste as a new layer and drag this underneath your bottom cloud layer, once your happy move this over to the right hand side so that you can see some of to the right of your tube, then give these a nice healthy dropshadow, then duplicate this layer and mirror, this one might need moving slightly so that its placed on the left hand edge of the mask image

 

Open up the gorgeous beads and again resize these by 60%, then copy and paste these as a new layer and drag these down in your layer pallet so that they are just above the mask layer and then give these a nice healthy dropshadow

 

Open up the flowers of your choice, I used some tiny roses in 2 different colours, copy and paste your flowers as new layers, resize if needed and give them nice healthy dropshadows and place them on top of the ivy layers, then move them so that they are bunched up behind the letter L

 

Once your happy
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

 

Open up the little bird, resize it by 20%, then copy and paste it as a new layer and mirror it. Place this on top of the letter L and then give it a dropshadow

 

Now open the winged heart, bow of your choice and the little ribbon rose, copy and paste the winged heart as a new layer, resize by 60% and rotate, I used the deformation tool for this, once your happy place it at the bottom so that its inbetween the letters L and O, then give this a slight dropshadow
Copy and paste the bow as a new layer and place it on top of the heart, resize until your happy and then give this a dropshadow
Repeat this with the small ribbon rose, once your happy place this on top of the knot of the bow and give this a nice healthy dropshadow

 

Open up the white flower and resize it by 30% and give it a dropshadow, copy it and then paste as a new selection on to your image, and place 3 on each of the ivy's

 

Now open up a butterfly of your choice and the ladybug, resize them until they are quite small, then copy and paste them as new layers and give them both healthy dropshadows
I placed a couple of the lady bugs on the right hand side ivy, and then I placed a couple of butterflies around the whole tag

 

Add a new raster layer and add your name and copyright

 

Crop your imge

 

Save as either a transparent Png or a Jpeg and your done
