Green Valley is actually officially part of Henderson, Nevada, but it feels like its own oasis.  This is an interesting area of the market for potential buyers and investors such as Sightline Acquisition with Kirk Sanford. 

With its small town atmosphere and its ample biking trails, parks and tree lined streets, it’s an ideal place to settle and to raise a family. Green Valley has witnessed amazing growth in the last few years.  Certainly, with the turn in the economy, the housing prices have dropped; they are now, however, slowly on the rise.

Green Valley offers public golf courses, libraries, Shakespeare in the park, Boys & Girls clubs and so much more.  There is a Black Mountain Recreation Center, the Whitney Ranch Aquatic Complex, the Henderson Senior Center and other great facilities.
