Dieting Tips From a Former Fat Kid


I used to weigh 260, I lost over 85lbs, naturally, without dieting in only about a years time.

Dieting?

Forget the dieting myths, plans, routines, foods, and yucky tasting stuff that nobody wants to eat. For some soulless people this is do-able, but for the average person it’s just not. Dieting should be fun and rewarding, not a chore. Nobody relishes doing chores now do they!

Through many years of hard work, trails of routines, reading of magazines, web site visits, and trips to local nutrient stores, I have changed my life for the better. I now life by my own lifestyle changes, what has worked for me and what hasn’t.

Why diet when you can change your lifestyle to fit you and still do things you love to do. Eat out and even have dessert on occasions. That’s what I did and I live better, happier, and healthier than I ever knew possible for myself. I know everyone else dreams about how they want to look too. Everyone sees the ads. Unfortunately not all of us were blessed with perfectly machined bodies. However you can make a change to better yourself before it is too late.

If you have any family history of illnesses then you understand what I am saying and you may very well be a good candidate for short term life expectancy if you do.

For anyone who knows anyone over weight or has an illness related to being overweight, this information should provide some help. However no information will help anyone who is not willing to help one’s self first.
