There was a misunderstanding that the judging
clubs were responsible for taking electronic images of award winning
images prior to sending the images back to the competing clubs. This
is not the case. It is a major enough undertaking to do the judging
without adding additional responsibilities to the judging process. The prints are sent back to the competing clubs per usual. Then the prints are returned to the makers per usual. It is the maker's responsibility to get an electronic version of his/her print to their club chair, who will then forward the electronic versions to me all at one time. This gives me a copy to work with at the end of year and also allows me to package up all the award winning images from all the clubs for that month to then send on to the webmaster (when the photo gallery is up and running). If the maker does not want to display their image on the web that is up to them, however I would still like to have an electronic version to use for the year end print award display. Therefore, even though there is no image gallery currently on the website, I would still like to receive everyone's award winning images from our first month as well as the following months of competition this year. I have attached the rules for submitting electronic images below. You have already received this once, however there has been a change in club designation for Klamath (used to be KCC - now TKCC). This is reflected in the new attachment. There is also a new club that has recently joined but does not have an initial designation as of yet. I will let you know when that occurs.
