Camp Kinderland Membership

Camp Kinderland has long counted on our Friends of Camp Kinderland, those dues-paying members whose memberships support the many activities and efforts of Camp Kinderland, and specifically support the publication, printing and distribution of the Camp Kinderland Newsletter and Directory.

This year we are building on the momentum begun with last year’s new membership program.   All members will be listed in The Kinderland Directory, now in its 21st year of publication; it is a “must” booklet with an honored (and handy) place near many a telephone and/or computer in our Kinderland community. It provides not only contact information for camp friends, but is also a source of information to help reestablish old connections and a forum for those of us offering business services or products.  The Kinderland Directory is mailed to our entire list.

Members will receive an official membership card in the design of your choice (see images below) which, upon receipt, will entitle the holder to a 10% discount on all Camp Kinderland sales items (great gifts!) and to 10% off admission to all future Camp Kinderland events.  Your discount will also apply on Visiting Day in Camp.

A one year membership costs just $25 per household and 2011 membership runs from October 2011 – September 2012.  To purchase membership, a listing in the Kinderland Directory, your customized card and your 10% Camp Kinderland discount, you have only to complete and submit the form below and make your payment - either online using the link at the bottom of the page or by sending a check to Camp Kinderland, 16 Court St. #2200 Brooklyn, NY 11241.  We must receive your information and payment no later than October 15, 2011, for inclusion in this year’s Membership Directory and you must be a member to have a directory listing.

The directory includes names, and when available, the name by which you and/or other family members were known in camp. Also included are the decades during which you were campers, staff, or parents.  Become a member today!

Finally, to make your payment, please click the button below and follow the instructions.  The price for membership is $25 per family.  However, if you would like to further support Camp Kinderland with a larger donation, you may adjust the amount.  As always, all donations to Camp Kinderland are fully tax deductible.
