" I originally  came for weight loss and we determined I had an addiction to fast food and soda.  I was eating fast food twice a day, everyday and drinking a large (32+ oz.) soda several times a day.   After my sessions, I now only eat fast food as a RARE treat (and calling it a treat is funny, because I really don't care for it anymore).  I chose healthy meals 95% of the time now.
