I am located in the City of Whittier, North of Orange County.  Whittier is in Los Angeles County on the Orange County border.

What You Should Expect:

The first step is to schedule your appointment.   We will get together either in person or by phone and discuss your goals and expectations.  You will be asked to complete confidential client information forms and I will interview you in depth. 

I will then fully explain the modality (Hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, NLP, Guided Meditation, etc...) we will be using and answer any questions you may have. Then; together, we will outline a care plan to meet your goals.  I have had clients resolve issues and reach their goals as quickly as one session.  However, each client is different and I can assure you that your plan/program will will be tailored with your individual and specific needs in mind.

Your first private session should last anywhere from one to two hours.  Subsequent sessions (for the same issue) typically last about 30 minutes to an hour.  Group programs are 30 minutes to an hour weekly with independent work at your pace.

My personal promise to you:  if you fully commit to and follow your  program, take it seriously, and do the work and the assignments that are put in front of you, you can absolutely expect to achieve the results you desire.
