A very powerful way to use visualization is to create a "Vision Board". It is one of the most powerful ways to put the Law of Attraction to work for you. A Vision Board is a collage of pictures of the goals and dreams you want to attract into your life.

Most of us know what we don't want; but, you really know what to do want? More importantly, do you have a plan for what you want? A goal? A vision?

Whether you want a new job, better car, more money, happy relationships or some other thing that feels elusive to you; a Vision Board will help put you in a place to see that your dreams come to fruition. My techniques along with the creative process of making a Vision Board will help you manifest your hearts desires.

*Due to compressed schedule for these classes, there will be some required reading prior to meeting.

Reiki I is the beginning level. The training includes information on the history of Reiki, a discussion of the various Reiki associations, and ways of applying this unique science, specific hand positions, guided meditation as well as attunement and symbols. Instructions are given on how to utilize Reiki with self-healing and healing others, both family and friends as well as professionally.


Reiki II Instructions are given on how to utilize Reiki with self-healing and healing others, both family and friends as well as professionally. Instruction in use of symbols to speed and intensify the flow of healing energy, transmit Reiki over great distances and connect with others on a subconscious level.  Includes discussion and demonstration of Reiki II techniques as well as hands-on training.

During this Certification Training, you will receive the Second Degree Reiki energy attunements, and you will learn:

• Two Traditional and two non-Traditional Reiki healing symbols

• Advanced treatment techniques

Focus the energy on the release of mental and emotional blocks
Focus your mind to enable to send Reiki energy beyond time and space and thus bring about effective absentee healing.

It is understood that with Reiki I you receive 20% of the energy and receive the remaining 80% with the Reiki II attunement.

Reiki III: The Master Program

The Master Program is open to anyone who has completed Reiki I and II. Those who may have studied with other teachers are welcome.

This 6-8 hour intensive (depending upon class size) includes the Reiki Master attunement, which further refines, focuses and intensifies the healing energy. You will learn the Reiki Master symbol and receive instruction and hands-on training in using it to enhance the other Reiki symbols in healing work. Additionally you will learn to give Reiki attunements at the first and second-degree levels. Nearly half the class focuses on hands-on practice. On completion of this course you will receive certification in Reiki, Level III.

My Program Includes:

1. A private follow-up to review techniques, breath work and running energy to enhance the master level work

2. Progress sessions every other month for one year after the class to share questions, insights, experiences and gain further wisdom on the path of mastery.
