I believe that life is about learning.  Everything is a lesson and you are the sum of the lessons you have learned.  I first came to Hypnotherapy as a client in 1990.  I was a two pack per day smoker  and had no conscious desire to quit. 

 My parents were going to see a Hypnotherapist for smoking cessation as my father had serious health issues and needed to quit his 3 PPD habit immediately.  I went for two reasons.  First they asked for my support and second they were paying for it (Hey, my mother did not raise any foolish children).  I went into the sessions thinking I would go along for the ride and just smoke when I wasn't with them.  

Well... the short story is this; I left there and carried a pack of cigarettes for a year with the thought, "I know I'm going to want one of these soon".  After one year I tossed that last pack of unopened cigarettes and finally admitted I was a non-smoker.  My parents quit just as easily.

How did this work; I wondered?  I spent years reading everything I could get my hands on.  I wanted to learn all about Hypnotherapy.  I practiced on anyone who would let me. Eventually, I enrolled in a formal program.  I became a Hypnotist,  Master Hypnotist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and ultimately a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with specialty training in Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss and Regression. 

I was introduced to EFT through a Hypnotherapy client and again wondered; how did this work?  After being formally trained I am now able to bring this modality to you.

Having completed my Reiki I and Reiki II training I eventually received my Reiki Master attunement and I am now able to teach Reiki and pass attunements to my students as well as channel Reiki energy for relaxation and facilitation of self healing.

This is not the end of my journey I am always learning and continue to seek mastery of new tools to assist you in attaining your highest purpose.

I truly believe it is our God given right and responsibility to be as happy, vibrant and healthful as we can be.  We also have a responsibility to assist each other in fulfilling our potential.   I am here to help you reach your highest potential.
