Our mission is to provide both recreational and competitive fencers the opportunity to affordably learn the proper technique of sport fencing.  We promote healthy competition and model good sportsmanship.  We believe fencing can serve as a model for life.  Who you are as a fencer is who you are as an adult.

Dylan vs. Esposito

(Moscow, Russia) – Four U.S. fencers each placed in the top 16 of the men’s and women’s events on Thursday – the final day of individual competition at the Junior World Championships.

In the men’s event, it was two 19-year-old first-time team members – Dylan Nollner (Ogden, Utah) and Joey Rafidi (Hidden Hills, Calif.) – who earned the top finishes for Team USA.

Nollner went undefeated in the pools to earn a seventh seed and a bye into the table of 64 where he defeated Rasmus Mellanen (FIN), 15-11.

Fencing wirelessly on the final hall strips for the first time ever, Nollner appeared unfazed by his new surroundings as he reeled off four straight points at the start of his bout against Byeungchan Jung (KOR) and went on to earn the win, 15-9.

In the table of 16, however, Marco Fichera (ITA) took a 4-0 lead over Nollner and controlled much of the bout which he won, 15-4. Nollner placed 10th overall.
