Aces & Eights: Using the Shotclock

What's this here Shotclock doodad and how do I use the goldang thing?

Aces & Eights uses a transparent plastic overlay (the Shotclock) that's placed over a silhouette of your target to determine whether you hit or missed in ranged combat. The Shotclock is the most creative and dynamic of the Aces & Eights rules systems, however it can look rather intimidating at first. To help new players and game masters Kenzer & Co. kindly produced the following videos and posted them on YouTube showing gamers how easy and fun it is to use the Basic & Shotgun Shotclocks.  The third video shows how the damage system works after you hit your target.
Note: The videos were produced in a different order. But to use the Shotgun Shotclock properly you have to know how to use the Basic Shotclock. Hence I have placed that video first
.
