Pronghorn Antelope

aka: Antelope, Pronghorn, Goatalope (only on the Kenzer Aces & Eights forum)

These desert dwelling critters are actually in the goat family not antelope (hence goatalopes above). But that bit of trivia is essentially irrelevant as everyone calls them antelopes anyway.
The antelope is a herd animal that is tasty but hard to hunt. They are very aware of their surroundings and can scan multiple directions as a herd. They are very hard to sneak up on and when spooked they run like the wind. If you do manage to bag one the meat is pretty gamey but tasty. They are smaller than mule deer and thus provide less meat.
