Kids' Kove Revitalization Project
The Story of Kids' Kove
20 years ago: Members of the Merrimack, NH Rotary Club had the idea of building a town playground. The idea was sold to the Town Manager and with the help of many clubs, organizations, and hundreds of Merrimack citizens the project took off. The architects sent a designer into our schools and asked the children if they could have anything to play on what would it be? The kids wanted a pirate ship, a rainbow race car, a puppet theater, and so on. Today Kids' Kove has that and much more.
When Kids' Kove was built, it was built with the best materials and to standards available at the time. Its life expectancy was 20 years. It's now 20 years later and Kids' Kove needs our help. The standards have changed, materials have improved and we are twenty years wiser. We are ready for the challenge!
