Below is the 2012 KHJA Membership Application and Horse Registration forms. Please fill out and send to our Membership/Points Secretary:

  • Please send a check (no cash) along with your forms.
  • Or you can pay by PayPal (When the PayPal window appears, enter the total amount that you will be paying for memberships and horse registrations). If you want to pay at a later date just send your payment through your PayPal account to debbie@horseplaypromo.com.
If you pay by PayPal, please note at bottom of the membership and/or horse registration form(s) that you paid by PayPal and put the date you sent the payment.
